High pressure will build in from the west this afternoon and will crest over the region early Tuesday before shifting offshore south of New England. High pressure will continue to drift off to the southeast Tuesday night. Low pressure will approach from the west on Wednesday and will slowly move east through the region on Thursday. High pressure will build in from the west Thursday night through Friday. $$
