WEAK HIGH PRESSURE MOVES IN BEHIND IT ON TUESDAY. ANOTHER LOW IS EXPECTED TO FORM OFF THE CAROLINA COAST AND TRACK TOWARD NEW ENGLAND WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY.
