WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN TO NEAR ADVISORY LEVELS ON MONDAY AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT WITH WAVES BUILDING TO NEAR 5 FEET. THESE ELEVATED WIND AND WAVES WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TUESDAY BEFORE SUBSIDING AS THE COLD FRONT DEPARTS THE REGION.
