A REINFORCING COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE WATERS FRIDAY WITH CONTINUED COLD NORTHWEST FLOW. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD IN INTO THE WEEKEND. LOW PRESSURE APPROACHES THE WATERS LATE SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT.
